No tak... Ja ostatnio prawie urwałam atomizer w L'Occitane. Ich wody toaletowe nie maja porządnych korków, tylko takie maciupeńkie nasadki jak metalowe mini - kondomiki na tę końcóweczkę.
Przyzwyczajona do swojej flaszki podczas testów w sklepie wzięłam w rękę wanilię i ciąąągnę. Dobrze, że wykazałam się jako takim refleksem, bo ogólnie mam kowalskie łapy.

Ale ja w sumie jestem "dzicz". Utożsamiam się bardziej z barbarzyńcami, niż z cywilizacją rzymską...

TU gdzie jestem, jest dzicz. Jak widze tabuny nastolatek [i nie tylko one-starsze osoby są równie beztroskie] wylewających na siebie perfumy z testera i w ogóle jak patrzę na ich zachwanie to zawsze mam w głowie myśl "skąd ta szarańcza sie urwała?!"
Covet nie przetestowałam ponownie, ponieważ urwanego atomizera ciąg dalszy.

Emotion Divine by Mauboussin

It is described as a "daring perfume" especially thanks to a salty gourmand accord inspired by savory buttery caramels, a specialty found in Brittany and Normandy in France. The fragrance aims to evoke emotions of childhood, dream, and luxury.......

Andy Warhol Silver Factory by Bond No. 9

Silver Factory opens on citrus and lavender, lively, but still more soft than sharp (the complete notes: bergamot, grapefruit, lavender, violet, incense, jasmine, iris, amber, wood resin and cedar). The incense and woods are present from the start, and as advertised, a metallic note runs through the proceedings. There is something ever so slightly off-kilter (in a good way) about the early stages, maybe a touch of birch tar or leather? Patty at Perfume Posse calls it "metallic rubber".

The florals in the heart are subtle; the cedar in the dry down, less so. After a couple hours, the iris seems to reassert itself, and it takes on a velvety finish with earthy undertones. It is more dry than sweet, and more dusky than dark. The softness of the opening sets the tone for what follows — Bond no. 9 calls it "smooth" and that is as good a description as any. There is nothing high-pitched or loud about Silver Factory, nor does it have the brooding, high-church feel of some incense-heavy fragrances.

za Now Smell This

By now you probably get the idea. Eau Première takes the essence of No. 5 — its neroli, roses, jasmine, ylang ylang, amber, vetiver, and sandalwood — and softens it, stripping away the aldehydic edges and the bits that smell of straw-colored Italian wine, to leave an easy-to-sing-along-with version of the original. When you smell Eau Première, you know you smell the direct kin of No. 5. But instead of the elegant auntie that is No. 5, you get her niece, the Homecoming Queen who aspires to a career in public relations.

It’s hard for me to form an opinion of Eau Première without comparing it to No. 5. Eau Première is a little rosier than No. 5, with a more vanillic drydown. It is devoid of any of the charming fustiness of No. 5, and it doesn’t evolve dramatically over time. I don’t find Eau Première as “fresh” or “modern” as the Chanel public relations engine says it is — after all, it’s a friendly floral scent, and we’ve seen those before. But sometimes a person wants basic yellow cake — a good one, made with real butter and fresh eggs — and not some extravagant concoction from the Viennese bakery.

Thierry Mugler Miroir Miroir

Three of the five Thierry Mugler Miroir Miroir fragrances are florals:

A Travers Le Miroir / Through the Looking Glass is an aromatic floral by perfumer Alexis Dadier.

Dis-Moi, Miroir / Mirror Image is a "nurturing" floral by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin.

Miroir des Envies / Mirror of Desires is an "addictive" floral by perfumer Christine Nagel.

The remaining two perfumes include Miroir des Secrets / Mirror of Secrets, "a bittersweet aldehydic" by perfumer Domitille Bertier, and Miroir des Vanités / Mirror of Vanities, "an effervescent woody" scent, also by Alexis Dadier.

The Thierry Mugler Miroir Miroir fragrances will be available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum for €130 each; the packaging features an "Art Deco-inspired rectangular crystal-effect bottle with a metallic cap". They will launch in December at Sephora in Paris and Saks Fifth Avenue in New York, then will be distributed more widely next spring.

Stone walls, gothic archways, flickering candles and chanting voices– all of these are evoked by Olibanum’s fierce opening salvo of incense. Aki testowałam - jest wspaniałym zapachem

Ja, po przeczytaniu stosownej notki na blogu Elve, mam wielką ochotę na spotkanie z Ambre Gris Balmain. Piękny flakon (chociaż ten pretensjonalny korek mogli sobie podarować), obiecujące nuty - mirra, cynamon, różowy pieprz, benzoin, odrobina (mam nadzieję!) tuberozy i naturalnie, ambra. Przez twórców opisywane jako drzewny orient. Tylko pewnie nie będzie można dorwać tego cuda w Polsce i pozostanie, jak zwykle, polowanie w ciemno...


Inne interesujące mnie nowości to Incense Extreme i Incense Rose Tauera (Andy ma u mnie duży kredyt zaufania, w końcu jest twórcą jednej z moich największych perfumowych miłości). I Aki, i Hinoki i orientalna trójca Goutal (z naciskiem na Ambre Fetiche) .

Nie wiem, co oni na tym Luckyscencie wypisują? Fig Tea PdN to żadna nowość. To zapach z 2000 roku. Sama mam go od dość dawna i jest naprawdę uroczy. Świeży świeżością figi, zielony zielonością zielonej herbaty, słodki jak dojrzałe owoce i rześki jak letni wiaterek nad figowym gajem. Żadne tam ogóry - czysta świeżość, tyle, że w wersji oswojonej i słodkiej.

Incense Extreme są bardzo eteryczne i wyraźnie irysowe, suche. Wg mnie podobne nieco do Durbano Amethyst, ale dużo intensywniejsze.
